A performer is suddenly reassigned to the Queen. As Jane takes an active interest in the performer’s music and tries to breakdown the barriers of hierarchy between them, they become more to each other than a performer and an audience. However, a sudden summons from the king puts this relationship in jeopardy as he informs the performer that Jane is to be beheaded. Both reluctant to lose what they have discovered in each other, they must work together to plan an escape.
